Julie Gleason serves as the Assistant Dean/Director of Fraternity & Sorority Life. Julie is the advisor for the Interfraternity Council and the advisor for the Multicultural Greek Council. She also serves as the chapter liaison for 12 chapters from all 4 councils. Julie has been at FGCU since 2007 and is affiliated with Delta Zeta.

Julie is originally from Freehold, New Jersey and attended the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey in Pomona, New Jersey. Julie attended Florida State University for her Master's in Higher Education Administration and previously worked at Rollins College in Fraternity & Sorority Life. In her spare time, Julie enjoys reading, being outdoors, going to the beach, and spending time with her dog. Julie's favorite part about working with FSL iswatching the students grow from new members in their organization, to taking on significant leadership roles in the FSL and Campus Communities.

Michael Rafo serves as the Coordinator of Fraternity & Sorority Life. Michael is the advisor for the Panhellenic Association and the co-advisor for the National Pan-Hellenic Council. He also serves as the chapter liaison for 12 chapters from all 4 councils. Michael has been at FGCU since 2020 and is affiliated with Delta Sigma Phi.

Michael is originally from Windsor, Canada but grew up in Southeast Michigan. He attended Eastern Michigan University for his bachelor's, and Central Michigan University for graduate school where he earned his Master's in Higher Education Administration and served as the Fraternity & Sorority Life Graduate Assistant. In his spare time, Michael enjoys going to the beach, and crossing new places off of his travel list. Michael's favorite part about working with FSL is the opportunity to create new traditions and help build up today's college students into tomorrow's leaders.

Leah De La Torre serves as one of the Project Assistants for the Office of Fraternity & Sorority Lifewhere she assists with the event registration process, conducts marketing duties, and represents FSL at FGCU functions. Leah is a senior, a member of Delta Delta Delta, and has worked in the office since September of 2020.

Leah is originally from Miami, Florida and is currently studying Marketing with a minor in Advertising. In her free time Leah loves going to pilates, is very into fashion, and was a competitive dancer for fifteen years. Leah's favorite part about working with FSL is being able to learn about all the different organizations from all four councils.

Catherine Cortes serves as one of the Project Assistant for the Office of Fraternity & Sorority Life where she assists with the event registration process, conducts marketing duties, and represents FSL at FGCU Functions. Catherine is a senior, a member of Phi Mu and will begin her role as a Project Assistant in May of 2022.

Catherine is originally from Fort Lauderdale, Florida and is currently studying Psychology with a minor in Management. Catherine is most looking forward to showcasing all of the unique organizations and events within FSL while promoting the community in creative ways.
