The next step in your enrollment process is to claim yourEagle Access account. Eagle Access will allow you access to the FGCU email system, EagleMail. Please be advised, University offices and staff/faculty will be sending important information to this address and may not respond to communication from personal email accounts. It is your responsibility to routinely monitor and manage your EagleMail.
Claiming your Eagle Access account will also enable you to access other FGCU systems such asGulfline, which enables you to pay your admissions deposit, view your personal records, and complete student-related tasks such as registering for Orientation and University Housing.

In order to accept your offer of admission, you must submit a $200 non-refundable deposit. InGulfline, select the "Pay Admissions Deposit" tab. Pay with an e-check (no fee) or with a credit card (2.85% convenience charge). Once you pay your deposit, we will hold a seat for you and you will move forward in the new student process. The deposit deadline for fall is May1st, however, we may accept deposits after the deadline until the term if full.
The admissions deposit is applicable to the term for which the student has been admitted and is non-refundable. The deposit will be forfeited if the student does not enroll in the deposited term. If a request to change terms is made after classes for the original term of admission have begun, a deposit for the new term must be paid.
All new students must attendEagle View Orientation (EVO). Directions on how to register for an orientation session for the Summer and Fall semesters will be sent out starting in February. We will begin sending the EVO email in October for students enrolling in the Spring semester. Register for EVO as soon as you can in order to have the best selection of courses. Orientation is held in late fall for the Spring term and throughout the summer for the Summer and Fall terms. Get orientation details
If you plan to live on campus, do not wait toapply for housing! We have three housing options: apartment-style living in North Lake or West Lake Villages or suite-style living in South Village, which features our First Year Residential Experience. January 1st is the FGCU priority deadline for the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and the FGCU Foundation Scholarships. You can access the FAFSA atwww.fafsa.gov- our federal school code is 032553. The Foundation Scholarships application closes on March 1st. We encourage you to apply annually by our priority deadline.
